Where do we deliver products that you purchase on our Online Store?

Bestuhle currently offers delivery to any Zimbabwean residential or business address, excluding PO Boxes.

On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver on time and keep you updated throughout the process.

Cash on Delivery is not a payment option that is utilized for online purchases. All delivery charges are charged to the customer upfront on finalization of sale

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We only accept payment via Paynow that enables: 

  • Ecocash
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Zimswitch
How long will delivery take?

Lead time can be found on it product information tab. So check the individual product. However for stock items the lead time is 24hours.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We have taken every precaution to ensure your personal details are safe and secure with us. Our order process sits behind a 256 bit encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer). 

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have everything you need, click on your trolley (the icon top right of the screen), you will be able to proceed to checkout and then pay with one of the secure payment methods. We will process your order as soon as a successful payment is received. If you have paid, but did not get to the order confirmation page or did not receive an email acknowledging your purchase, please contact us on Borrowdale 242 882 927Graniteside 08677 008769.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as the payment process is complete, your invoice will be sent to your registered email address.
